Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner-The echo of Félix Tshisekedi's voice
Women's month: Fighting for a nation

The DRC is not only about the riches of the subsoil, but also the wealth of its people. President Félix Tshiisekedi dug into it and brought out a rare gem. A successful casting that the war imposed on the DRC by Rwanda revealed to the world a great lady. On May 29, 2024, she was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Francophonie in the government of Madame Judith Suminwa, Prime Minister of the DRC. She replaced another experienced professional in this position; Christophe Lutundula. She immediately got into the ring. The general public discovered her during the preparations for the signing of the failed agreement on December 15, 2024 by Félix Tshisekedi and Paul Kagamé when the latter chose, as a poor student, to be absent from Luanda. She, however, continues to wet swimsuits in the offices of the UN and the European Union. In perfect German, English, Spanish and French, she echoes Félix Tshisekedi in these institutions. When the sanctions against Rwanda, which plundered minerals and sowed death in the east of the DRC, fell, alongside President Tshisekedi, a face stood out in the Congolese diplomatic landscape and Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner is her name.
